Staff at reception extremely helpful, quickly fixed a mix up with room allocation, found us another room and personally bought more towels when we discovered there was only one set. Parking was easy, put ur car reg in when u check in. One strip of spaces outside hotel. If not have to park in main services car park. Hotel itself was eery. Didnt see a single other customer, I think it must be very small hotel! TVs dont have very good signal. Reception blamed it in the storm, but also said "people complain about it all the time" room was clean and good temperature. Towels were clean and bathroom is good standard.
