Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel for the price we paid. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, which made it nearly impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor. There were also dead bugs on the walls, which definitely made the room feel like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The pool area could really use some attention and updating as well. It felt pretty run down compared to what I expected based on the price of the stay. The free breakfast was a nice perk and appreciated, but overall I felt the hotel was overpriced for the condition and quality of the accommodations.

Property administration personnel was very rude and very short and unprofessional. He could not explain any of the questions I had about the many documents he made me sign which is something I never had to do at any other hotels. The hotel is Nit resort by far not. The minimum expectation is welcoming and hospitality was great. The rooms were not that great process will be horrible.
