Amazing hotel overall just a great property, location is spot on to several beaches that are just breathtaking. Also you are minutes from downtown and the great dining areas there. Please keep in mind that the marina is also minutes away and you can rent a boat and hit the little islands and archipelagos. Overall 5 start property and location, the only downside is the dinner buffet charge it’s 50 euros per person a bit too much for what you get. Other than that again a great experience!!

The staff was excellent. It was our anniversary and. special get away. I wrote to the GM prior to make sure we had a room with a view, I was very disappointed it was not provided. I had to talk to the manager who accommodated us but it was not available for FOUR days. Also we did not know about a Very Nice CLUB at the beach for several Days.

The room was wonderful and the environment was very aesthetically pleasing. I was disappointed however; when I found out the room I booked did not come with access to the swimming pool with the room reservation; an additional 50 euro per person was the fee for usage. I was willing to upgrade my room, only no rooms were available. I don’t know how I missed this fact in my reservation, so read carefully! The front desk receptionists were not very warm or welcoming and the check out receptionist tried to skirt around offering the to go breakfast for an early departure. The food at the pizzeria was good and the salad was delicious. The breakfast was great aside from the flies that occasionally landed on the food. The buffet dinner was ok. The staff always worked hard to please the customer in the restaurant areas.

The property was very pleasant and we liked the location. Our air conditioning didn’t work well (we stayed during a heat wave), which made it difficult to sleep, but the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, we are having difficulties with billing (several duplicate charges made, and an overcharge on our laundry) and so far we have not been able resolve with the property. We’re hopeful we can get the charges corrected without getting our credit card company involved to dispute. As an all inclusive reservation, we should have simply been charged one amount for the entire stay and an additional charge for laundry. Currently, that is not the case. For an all inclusive, the food and beverages included on the plan were actually very good. The food gets a little repetitive (depending on the length of your stay), however the quality of the food options were good. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and found a few employees to be exceptional with their service.

The Resort by itself is good. It provides many services, staff is friendly (except the check in was unsatisfactory). The annoying part for us is the size of the place and the amount of people. We are used to small beautique hotels and not used for places were buses full of tourists arrive. The breakfast is noisy and a fight for food with (ealder) people. We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of six women and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations, particularly for a Hilton property. Before arrival, we emailed requesting rooms close together, but this was never arranged. While the hotel has some positives—the pool area is beautiful, the poolside beds are excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good—the service issues overshadowed the stay. The most significant problem involved room assignments. Two guests booked Superior Rooms, yet one paid considerably more and received a dramatically smaller room. The difference was obvious and felt unfair. The proposed compensation was half-board, despite our group having dinner reservations elsewhere every evening. This solution was impractical and did not reflect the price difference paid. The hotel later offered six soft drinks to the group, which felt dismissive rather than a meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. Throughout the stay, staff seemed focused on explaining problems rather than fixing them. Both check-in and check-out were unnecessarily stressful, and communication was inconsistent. For example, the coffee service policy changed on the second morning without clear explanation, causing confusion. Ashley was a standout employee who genuinely tried to help, and the young woman in the hotel shop was consistently warm and welcoming. While Ivana was polite, she did not appear empowered to resolve concerns effectively. Management was particular
