This hotel is very close to the beach and amazing promenade. It's very well maintained property with attention to details. Our room (economy studio) was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchenette, Bed was verycomfortable. However, you can hear every word from the next room.... It feels like there is no privacy. Some work should be done to improve insulation between the rooms.

This location was great to be next to the boardwalk and close to downtown Seaside. We paid for an ocean view and didn't realize that the ocean was so far away, you couldn't even hear it. The room was nice, but the bed was super squeaky and noisy when one of us rolled over during the night. It had the feeling of a pull-out. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed in room 130 — everything was very clean and well maintained. The room had all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. There is also a grill, beach access, and beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!

Staff was amazing and super sweet / understanding. Unfortunately I had multiple issues, the dvd player was broken, heater stopped working, the photos need to be updated bedside the unit we stayed in got repainted and looked nothing like the photos… I booked it because I liked the way it looked in the photos. They charged me before we got there told them that was a mistake and they refunded. But as I’m checking out I noticed the amount they charged me for was higher than the price I booked it for only by like $5 not the point there was no reason to charge me higher.., I called and they refunded. I thnk my stay could’ve been better. But overall the staff was super nice and it was so close to the beach which is nice !!
