The restaurant is great and the Imperial Suite had a great view. The gym was my only issue. Small and some equipment was broken. Staff really friendly.

Recomendando el lugar para paseo en pareja

La experiencia fue muy buena. La atención me pareció muy buena, el personal supremamente amable y las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas. Buena limpieza de las habitaciones, no tenía aire acondicionado pero contaba con ventiladores y particularmente en estos climas yo prefiero justamente tener ventiladores que el aire. La comida está bastante buena en comparación a otros lugares y a la oferta del municipio donde se encuentra. Tiene una zona de parqueadero para huespedes y varias zonas dentro del hotel. Mi único punto de mejora es que sería chévere si las zonas como los bares estuvieran abiertos al menos otro día adicional, como por ejemplo viernes y sábado y no solo sábado. Por supuesto, lograr esto puede ser dificil en cuanto a gestión, pero igual lo comento. No tengo quejas en general, creo que para su precio está bastante bien el lugar y volvería a ir.

When I was jet skiing one of the plastic bumpers of the jet ski fell off and I picked it up and honestly told the one in charge. They immediately told me that I must pay and was not interested in how it happened. The bumper was not secured well and maybe was already damaged or loose from previous activities. front desks charge me 100usd for something that cost less than 10 $ USD to fix. Watch out!! they will do anything to scam you, and the check in procedure is verry slow! No AC/ they charge you for stuff you did not consume! We booked the Jet skis in advance, and they did not reserve them and gave them to other people, we had to do it the next day. Doors are cheap and my daughter’s mattress is hard, my mother got stuck in the bathroom. Another family member’s door was not working.
