The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting.

People were wonderful, I loved every one, they worked hard, The food was great, breakfast was delicious, wonderful, but would be great if they had a omelette station! problems with my bedding, terribly pillows, and mattresses, I don't understand they don't have vacuums, but everything looks good and clean!

O hotel está ainda parado no tempo, tem muita coisa a melhorar. Os quartos são espaçosos mas não tem nada de luxo, móveis antigos com dobradiça rangendo muito. Cabe salientar a localização que é excelente. As refeições são normais, pelo valor da diária tinha que oferecer mais no café da manhã. O piso do banheiro, no local do chuveiro estava acumulando água devido a caída para o ralo, ficamos cinco dias e não foi secado o banheiro. 25 reais uma longa neck eu acho um abuso. Nem lembro do anúncio quando fechei a estadia, mas o estacionamento é cobrado a parte, 50 reais a diária, tem opção mais barata, foi o que eu fiz. No geral valeu pela experiência, era um desejo de minha esposa, ela é de Poços de Caldas.

O Palace é um hotel histórico, muito bem conservado e carrega isso em todos os ambientes. Muito bem localizado, boa opção de recreação para quem viaja com crianças e uma culinária deliciosa. A localização é ótima. Funcionários atenciosos e eficientes. É um edifício histórico bem conservado. O hotel é próximo do Teatro Urca, onde é possível ir a pé assistir shows muito bons. No entorno do hotel há as Thermas Antonio Carlos, fontes de água, lojas e o Mercado Municipal.

O Hotel é um Classico um hotel de época. Eu e minha esposa adoramos o Hambiente o clima que ele lhe transmite é algo único. Alguns quartos já estao recebendo ar condicionado ( os quais particularmente não época em que estivemos visitando não sentimos falta alguma) e vejo que acabam enfeiando a linda fachada interna do hotel principalmente os que são voltados apara Jardim Toscano . Os Funcionários são educados e muito prestativos..ponto negativo foi a péssima qualidade dos alimentos servidos no Almoço e Jantar a carne do almoço estava passada, vc come um pouco e se sente estufado estranho... creio que alguns pratos do buffet foram reaproveitados do jantar para o almoço a qualidade das sobremesas estava muito ruim o cheesecake tinha gosto de manteiga..o bolo de banana abaixo do esperado..o tradicional pudim de leite condensado estava sofrível não se consegue fazer uma boa comida com matérias primas de qualidade pessima senhores administradores nem culpo os cozinheiro por isso e falta de zelo da própria administração .. a água sulfuroso da piscina do hotel da piscina estava fria!! longe dos 30 graus que geralmente deveria estar questionei uma funcionária ela colocou a culpa em quem fornece a agua pois estava segundo ela dois dias sem fornecimento e troca de água.. Bom iriamos ficar três dias acabamos ficando um só saímos do hotel gripados e com e com uma tremenda diarreia .... Srs Adm tratem com mais carinho esta pérola do povo Brasileiro obgdo
