Booked this hotel for ease as we had a 6am flight, however, AC did not work so room was boiling and bed/ pillows were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on, very poor sleep (my partner got about two hours). Both agreed that we would’ve been better rested if we’d stayed at home and got up an hour earlier to make our way to the airport. No hotel parking, unless you want to pay £65 for the night! May not have been so disappointed if the stay was half the price, but not good value for money and we will not be staying again. Both myself and my partner have stayed in other Hilton hotels and this is by far the worst in terms of comfort. Pros were Check in was fairly straight forward, staff pleasant, good choice of channels on the tv in the room and cold breakfast from 4am (not sure if any good as we didn’t use this service).
