To make a long story short kept getting locked out of room because card kept demagnetizing and it was a long walk every time I had to go back to the desk to get it charged. Staff was untrained, unhappy seemed to me (I would be too if I worked there) really strange room arrangement not what was presented at booking. No snacks in the lobby area completely bare! Rooms were old out of date run down.We finally took a early checkout (at a fee) and went next door for the rest of our stay and that was a much, much better option for the same money! Do yourself a favor and do the same this property has clearly given up on providing a decent place to stay.

Sadly the photos do not reflect the quality of the hotel. Our room had stained and dirty floors (grime was built up along flooring seams) which calls into question the rest of the space. There was also grime along the shower seams. The continental breakfast was certainly not what was pictured in the ad; they were out of milk (when someone finally came around, she was genuinely confused as to where to find more), the cereal decanter was empty, the "hot" food was stale.

We went to check in with our confirmation number and they over booked the hotel. We were a long way away from home, so we had to go around and search for a new hotel. We ended up with a hotel room at the Hampton, but had to pay double for a regular room. Clairon needs to find a better way of doing things. It was an awful experience.
