The hotel was conveniently located to Taipei MRT station. Braved typhoon Kong Rey during my stay. Hotel service overall good and safe. Provided eco cleaning and best of all the socket is catered to Asian travellers such that travel adapter is not required. Overall satisfied with location and comfort. Will definitely stay again.

Location was convenient and near Taipei Main Station. Every other thing is not good. There is no heating at this hotel, its very cold in the room so if its not summer, DO NOT choose this hotel. The toilet is mouldy and ventilation is poor. The reason they give for this is the air condition needs to be centralised as the hotel needs to be kept dry. Also the cleaning service are very poor. It does seem the room has not been vacuum properly. But service staff are polite but they cant do much, the hotel management should really look into refurbishments. Not acceptable.
