First - hats off to the welcoming staff, they were great and help me navigate the check in... Unfortunately after that I would say it was rough - I upgraded to the wine cottage, but with its proximity to the highway, it is definitely a down grade... Coupled with the construction going on beside the unit I was in (607) that wasn't mentioned, and the WiFi (which didn't work), I wish I would have done a national park or surf cottage.

Stayed in the trailers and let me say it was an experience. False photos of the accommodations; the room was poorly maintained, we found old jewelry, uncovered totally unpainted/unfinished portions … the shower lacked any hot water and the front desk made excuses rather than solving the problem. The property itself seemed nice overall but the lack of care to facilities were apparent, stay at the trailers at your own risk!

Such a fun and cool campsite. It has everything! We stayed here after going wine tasting and the Airstream we stayed in was nice and spacious, we had our own outdoor space with an outdoor kitchen and patio with a fire pit. There’s a restaurant/bar next door to the site as well which was nice to hang out at and have a couple of drinks. Awesome place to stay when visiting the Solvang area.

The heat was way too high and everyone was suffocating during the night. We did not set it that high so it automatically changed during the night. This needs to be fixed. Also there were a lot of ants on the cottage. Especially kitchen.

Nice cozy place to stay if you don't like floor/outdoor tent camping. The cottage has a full kitchen, propane BBQ pit & nice little patio/deck area with seats. Heater/AC inside unit along with hot water. We had a small issue with the toilet and the front desk sent a maintenance person IMMEDIATELY. I honestly thought I'd be waiting hours. Will definitely be coming back again next year.
