房间里无法连接上酒店wifi

酒店位于海滩有4-5个街区，步行10分钟后，远了一点。我入住的那天，在公共区域可以连上酒店的wifi，房间信号满格，但就是无法连上wifi。前台非常敬业，想了很多办法，可惜最后还是没能解决。当然，问题并不在前台。希望酒店加强管理，不要让这一问题影响自己的声誉。

Clean, comfortable, and hospitable stay

The rooms and pool were delightful, clean and comfortable. The lobby did not reflect the quality of the rooms, which were very nice. Similarly, the neighborhood did not seem desirable, but it was walking distance to Quinta Avenida with various shops and greats spots to eat. The service was very friendly. Overall, a nice stopover en route to the airport.

I would come back

This is a very nice hotel. They have a pool bar and restaurant you can eat all your meals there if you so please. The staff are super nice and the facilities are beautiful. It’s in a great location honestly, if you’re into hotels, this is a fantastic spot in Playa.

Fizemos 3 diarias para uma suite de casal de frente, chegando no check in nos deram um qusrto de fundos e 2 camas de solteiro. Ao pedirmos que fossemos colocados no quarto correto falaram que nao tinham dispinibilodade e somente na ultima noite seria possivel. Vim de lua de mel para me reconectar com meu marido sem os filhos e a estadia so nos distanciou mais, mais brigas, mais confusao, um verdadeiro inferno. Pedimos box lanche pois todos os dias tinha passeio, por 3 dias foram 1 sanduiche, 1 caixa de suco de pessego quente horrivel, 1 agua e uma maça. Ja viajei o mundo e nunca passei por isso, nao houve realocação nao houve reembolso, apenas um silencio, descaso e cama regendo a grade a noite toda.

We had a great time at HM Playa del Carmen right from the beginning when we were greeted by the highly efficient Minerva at the front desk. We appreciated having our Expedia VIP status recognized and the sparkling wine in the room as well as the option of a room upgrade and most importantly a very late check out till 4 pm which worked out perfectly for our 7:30 pm flight. The breakfast and bar staff were very friendly and worked hard to meet our needs and the breakfast itself was varied and plentiful and set us up for a great start to the day. We loved the location - we are walkers so enjoyed walking along 5th Avenue past all the craziness to Punta Esmerelda and then along the ocean and public beaches coming up at calle 38 and into our favourite lunch time spot Chela de Playa for craft beer, an excellent orange gin and tonic and the best torta in Mexico. Other great spots that deserve mention are Sirjan Persian restaurant and Indiana Jones restaurant which are both in easy walking distance. If you need a taxi, turn left out of the hotel and Daniel's taxi is usually there on the left corner.

We stayed here with a 6yr old for four nights as we had several activities planned and did not feel the need to pay for an all inclusive resort during this part of our trip. Honest review as followed. Room: We stayed on a first level room in front of the pool, The hotel itself if lovely and kept clean. Room could have been cleaner, but no smell was noticed and the air conditioning worked great. The beds were ok pillows very uncomfortable, firm and bulky and they did not replace them when asked to. Staff: The staff at the reception desk were not friendly or welcoming, however the bar staff, housekeeper, and security guards were great and friendly. Amenities: The pool is not heated but it is kept clean and has a swim up bar. The restaurant is decently priced and food was good. Location: Short safe walk to Quinta Avenida and Beach access, restaurants and shopping Parking is included, safe, and gated. Overall it was an ok stay, but I would probably not stay there again.

Provided drinking water, beach towels and amazing breakfast. Staff was kind and helpful aside from one grumpy security guard. Pool area is gorgeous. Walking distance to beach and great food. Rooms had good air conditioning. Beds and pillows weren't the comfiest but met our needs. Shower drain was somewhat clogged so some draining issues. Overall great experience, we would definitely stay again.
