Amazing stay from start to finish. Cieran was excellent. He stood out as the most helpful host we’ve ever had. He shared great local tips, was genuinely kind, and made everything feel easy. Breakfast is served outside at one of two nearby spots. We’d definitely recommend Oscar’s — the food was really, really good. Easy parking on site, close to Zion and 1 min walk from the shuttle bus. We would stay here again without thinking twice.

Pleasant, comfortable furnishings—great attention to cute theme-focused details. However the shower never got hot and there was no heat control in our room (the portable heater did not work) and turning up the heat outside our room on the first floor, as instructed by the owner, apparently caused an irritating racket for guests upstairs (I guess that thermostat set temperature for both floors). Also several of the wall plugs did not work. For our difficulties the owner said he would not charge us. If the heat issues get fixed it would be a wonderful place to stay. Great views of Zion right outside the entrance & convenient to restaurants.

The location of the Inn was great for access to the park via the available shuttle system. Our room was very well appointed and the afternoon cookies and lemonade were a treat after a long day of hiking in the park.

This place was an amazing respite with a perfect location in Springdale. We parked our car and never had to drive again the whole time we were there. Everything is close and the hospitality here is amazing! Best deal in all of the Zion area!

What an absolute gem! We stayed for one night whilst we visited Zion National Park and wish it had been longer. The owner and staff were so welcoming and helpful. The cookies in the afternoon were amazing! The Inn itself is a book lovers dream. All the rooms are inspired by literature and feel like a home from home. There is a wealth of books to read and the atmosphere is so relaxed. There is tea and coffee available, fridge usage and all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Thank you so much and hopefully we will be back :-)

Simply wow! The very helpful and friendly staff gave us a warm welcome. We were greeted with lemonade and cookies. They gave us various tips about Springdale/Zion. Beautiful, quiet, and clean rooms. The toilet is by European standards, not as deep as others here in the USA.

The Novel House is truly amazing. As you checked in, there was lemonade and cookies for us in the dining room. The view of Zion National Park surrounded the house. The room was immaculate. After hiking at Zion that day, the Novel House was a five minute drive. I would highly recommend this property if you are wanting to visit the area.

Struttura a due passi dal principale parcheggio per visitare il parco, immersa in un contesto silenzioso ma vicino ai principali servizi e punti di ristoro. Proprietaria molto precisa e disponibile a qualsiasi necessità. Parcheggio molto comodo. Voucher per colazione in strutture adiacenti incluso nel servizio. Contro: lunga rampa di scale per accedere alle camere al piano superiore, con delle valigie pesanti potrebbe diventare un problema.
