The ocean view is spectacular!! The restaurant the family runs along with the motel is excellent - true quality seafood. I will caution anyone with super high standards for a room that the motel rooms are modest and serviceable. They have clean comfortable beds, a nice sized bathroom and a TV with a great variety of channels but if you are looking for the Ritz or are a diva, move on. This is a quaint, clean, family run business but you will not be getting any bells and whistles as far as the motel room goes. That being said, we spent all our time on the back deck and on the beach so a comfortable bed was more than enough for us. If you are looking for a truly Maritime experience I highly recommend - comfortable room, delicious food, spectacular ocean view and the owners and staff were absolutely welcoming and friendly the whole time.

don't stay here! Room smelled like weed, was dirty, patio door was shattered, barely had a roof, I wasn't staying there with my kids. owners promised a refund, canceled the credit card charge and then processed it 6 days later! They won't respond to multiple messages. Do not give them your credit card #!!

The staff are so friendly here and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! The restaurant has amazing seafood, and the waitress makes stain-glass and hangs it in the windows for purchase! Her work is unique to other places we have seen this made and is a priceless keepsake! The room we stayed in wasn’t much to look at, but it was incredibly clean. Every room has their own back deck with a sitting area that overlooks the bay of fundy. It’s a true gem, and we can’t wait to go back!

Very nice and accommodating hosts, beautiful view of the bay, room clean however dated, and the beds are firm. Restaurant food delicious and hot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others and we would stay again. No micro and no mini fridge in room, however the hosts would accommodate at their restaurant if need be.

Just be aware that this place is 30 miles outside of Saint John. We were driving north and passed it and didn’t have the time to turn around. They would not drop the charges either.

Wonderful Restaurant at the Inn

This is an inexpensive place to stay, a bit rustic and doesn't include breakfast. However the on-site restaurant is excellent, we had dinner and breakfast the next morning, both of which were top rate, but not expensive.
