Allocated a room with 1 double and 2 single beds for just 1 traveller. Window didn’t shut properly so the excessive noise from outside came right in to the room and was very loud

We have stayed here several time's but on this occasion, it wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. They don’t provide Earl Grey tbags in the rooms but they have always willingly gave you them from reception or the bar, on this occasion they wouldn’t do that & would only allow us to buy the tbags from them. Also, we found the bed & pillows very uncomfortable whereas previously they have been good, on the whole, it wasn’t as good a stay as we had previously had

Room was very clean. Staff were very pleasant. Bit annoying having to pay 15 pounds to check in early. check in does not start till 3pm we arrived to hotel just after 1pm but was willing to pay as we had a very early flight that morning. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

１．チェックイン時、予約されたファミリールームの確保ができておらず、急遽与えられた部屋はダブルベッド１つの部屋でした。１つのダブルベッドに4人が寝ることができず交渉した結果、やっと2時間後に２部屋を用意してくれたが対応態度が悪かった。 ２．ベッドシーツが滞在中、一度も交換されなかった。トイレットペーパーもこちらからフロントに行ってもらった。初めての経験で驚いた。

Två av mina vänner hittade vägglöss på sina rum, inte ovanligt kanske men det drog ju ner den positiva upplevelsen.. Frukosten var kaotisk och ganska kass. Det ligger på ett bra ställe med trevliga barer och restauranger i närheten. Nära till tunnelbana så det gick snabbt att ta sig till och från flygplatsen(Gatwick)

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all friendly! There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it was convenient to move around! However, the room I stayed in didn't have a refrigerator, so it might be a little difficult in the summer! I stayed in the winter, so it wasn't a big problem!
