excelente lugar, centrico. muy bien atendido por el personal, muy servicial. el unico incoveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento y hy que pagar una pension para el carro durante los dias que estemos en el hotel. pero en general buen servicio y buena disposicion del personal

La habitación es Suite, bastante grande y cómoda, la vista del balcón muy bonita, el baño muy fancy, Excelente Ubicación, sólo que pedir un Uber ahí tardará como 1hr. Lo que no nos agradó fue que no servia la tina (cosa que te dicen en recepción), no dan botellas de agua, sólo dan 1 jabón, 1 papel y no dieron shampoo, tampoco hay plancha. Pero en general está muy bien :)

Me gusto la ubicación y los detalles arquitectónicos y la decoración. No me gusto la relación costo beneficio ya que por lo que se pago uno espera tener por lo menos agua para beber en la habitación. No me gusto que se cierra la puerta del hotel a las 11:00 pm, tampoco que tengan clausurado el uso de la tina del baño. Tampoco me gusto que no ofrecen ayuda para servicio de taxis y no tienen información que ayude para recorrer al ciudad ni lugares para comer o visitar, lo bueno es que ahora el internet ayuda mucho en estos aspectos.

The guy who attends at night is wonderful.He was very helpful and willing to help. The lady who was at the front desk when l.arrived was a but cold and unfriendly but went over the hotel expectations. No eye contact at all. Overall, l had a nice stay. Esaul Guzman

Terrible experiencia por la mujer que se encuentra en la recepción. Es una mujer carente de actitud de servicio, le molesta cualquier duda que se le pregunte. Atiende el teléfono de muy mala gana, negando todo el tiempo disponibilidad de habitaciones a pesar que se le informó que teníamos reservación y pago confirmado desde este portal de Expedia. Cuando llegamos nos recibió con un trato muy poco amable y de muy mala gana. Cuando pedimos hablar con algún responsable de mayor jerarquía como el Gerente, dijo que era imposible, el único contacto era ella y el dueño del Hotel reside en la Ciudad de México. Llegamos al medio día y nos dijo que teníamos que esperar hasta la tarde para entregarnos la habitación. Le solicitamos un día mas de permanencia en el Hotel y no fue amable para aceptar, darnos opciones o precio, solo ratificó que no había habitación disponible. El hotel bonito y limpio, sin embargo, por empleados que no tienen el mínimo interés en ser amables, tener una actitud de servicio y ofrecer opciones para el huésped, lo mas sencillo para ellos (dado que no les reditúa en mas sueldo) terminan por negar disponibilidad de habitaciones y portarse de la peor manera, sin la mínima educación y amabilidad.

Guanajuato trip

Hotel was in good location however needs renovation in the rooms. Kitchen was bit functional. There is jacuzzi in room but were told not to used because it was out of order. I feel I pay to much for room it was over price.

Great hotel near popular sites in Guanajuato

I loved that the hotel is located near the center and where all the fun activities happen. It is near the Mercado Hidalgo, the Alhóndiga de Granaditas, el Callejón del Beso, the Teatro Juarez, and the Conquistador Local Coffee. It is also across the street from Diego Rivera's Museum. The hotel staff help us with recommendations, arranged tour guides and airport transportation. They also let us check-in into our room before 3:00PM.

Super friendly staff and quiet location

I was don’t speak much Spanish (yet) but the staff was very welcoming to me and they made me feel like I was in a luxury hotel. It is a beautiful hotel and the king size bed I had in my room was a little on the firm, which is good that I like firm beds but, if you don’t like firm you would not like it. Also, it was very clean and the cleaning was done everyday. If you are looking for a place in Guanajuato that is only one block off the main thoroughfare and has some quiet at night, than look no further than Hotel de Los Angeles 😍

STAYED 2 NIGHTS

The hotel is perfectly situated to everything. Mattress was a little hard and the jacuzzi tub didn't work but overall it was beautiful and I would stay there again.
