The beds were in terrible shape. There was hair.. dog hair human hair… dirt, stains, sand. It wasn’t even like they didn’t turn the sheets for us- it’s like they hadn’t turned the sheets for 4+ groups… the shower had Gross hair clumps in it. Even when they did come and replace the sheets (because we demanded it after not being able to sleep in the beds bc of the shape they were in) they did- which I will say once turned the sheets they were great. But they didn’t clean the shower. They also said they’d refund us for one night - which would have been nice, but I haven’t seen that happen yet. Really unimpressed and for the price you can stay somewhere a little pricier with clean sheets ….

we booked a room for the night and had an emergency at home and headed for home and started trying to reach the hotel to see if they would cancel our room early that morning and was told to call expedia because we booked with them. They stated that they would contact the motel and try to get us a refund since we had an emergency which they did. It took two days for them to hear back from the motel and they denied us a refund. So it cost us 237.00 for a room that we never got to stay in. I will be sure and tell friends going through Idaho not to use your motel as you have no empathy for anyone with an emergency and I feel that we were treated very unfairly and did not appreciate being treated in this manner.

We arrived at 7:30 pm to a closed office with a note on the door giving us a room code but we had no idea what our room numbers were. When we tried calling the number on the note it was “no longer in service”! DONT STAY HERE!!! I spent $445 for NOTHING! And I’m finding it impossible to resolve this issue even though I purchased the trip insurance.

I let the Teton Valley Hotel know on Sept 25 that we would we would only be able to stay through Sept 26, leaving on Sept 27 instead of the 28th. 48 hours before the 28th. I believe that should qualify for a refund for that night. The hotel said it didn't qualify, but I disagree, and have requested a refund for that day.
