We had a room overlooking the river, which was beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet in the room and the hotel itself. Great restaurants and breweries within walking distance of the hotel. The only thing I found not so pleasant was the fact that people were smoking right by the windows and just dropping their cigarette butts on the ground, and it just looked disgusting when there was a place to put the cigarette butts other than that, everything else was very good there.

Usually love this hotel and stay frequently when visiting my daughter. However the walls are thin and if you have loud neighbors it can be annoying. Such was the case on this recent visit. We had loud music and hooting and hollering keeping us up till after 2 am. Tried to call the front desk twice to issue a noise complaint but no one answered. Too tired and cranky to change clothes and go to the front desk. Also the free breakfast is very nice but they need to cook the bacon better.

There was no staff when we arrived. We waited about 5-7 minutes before anyone came to check us in. The room was VERY spacious and clean. The breakfast had lots of options. The walls are thin. We heard a full conversation of someone on their phone at midnight and the room above us walked loudly all night across the floor.

We absolutely loved our room, the electric fireplace was a nice touch. The bathroom was huge and the shower was quite large, even though we didn’t use it. The area was extremely quiet and we slept well Front desk staff were very friendly and always smiling. We made it to the rainbow Bridge and over into Canada in about 25 minutes. For breakfast, I had eggs, bacon and sausage and my wife had a waffle. A special note about their coffee, it was very good, it even had multiple strengths you could customize to. I’m not a coffee drinker, but if it impresses my wife, definitely worth it. Parking was free but I had to park on a lower parking lot down from the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact I’ll be recommending this hotel to any of my friends going to Niagara Falls
