this is a very average motel I realize it is one of the very early motels but maintenance is very poor, but it was comfortable for a short stay. The management were polite and helpful

Perfect for a stopover while driving between Adelaide and Melbourne. The property is on but set back from the main highway, the rooms are very spacious with a large bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All appliances were in full working order and we parked directly outside the room. Check in was quick and easy and a key drop is available for early departures. It has three fast food options and a pub bistro within 50m. We booked through a third party and the price was amazing…under $90!. You would be mad not to stop here!

It was clean and bed was comfortable. Room was very cramped only about 6 inches between foot of the bed and a cupboard. Floorboards felt and sounded like they were ready to collapse No plates or glasses etc. No free wifi.. Not the owners fault but the traffic noise was terrible. If you want a good night sleep go somewhere else.

OK for a last minute stay.

This was the last room left in Horsham when we were passing through. It’s quite shabby from the road. We got a room down the back of the property so road noise was minimal. The room was old and tiny and in need of an update. The room and bathroom however was clean with good linen. There were power boards around for all of the appliances. The floorboards creaked a lot! It is close to pubs and clubs so we were able to walk there for dinner. Wouldn’t be my first pick but did the job.

The whole place was falling apart. 4 of the 5 beds had electric blankets and only 2 worked. No water pressure in the shower. Over priced. So close to the highway it felt like trucks were driving through the room

Wifi did not work. This is the second time I have stayed here and unable to connect to wifi. They advertise it but cant provide it. It was very inconvenient for me. Its 2023 and should be working well.
