Clean, perfect location, and best price.

If you’re looking for a place with tons of amenities, this is not the place for you. This is a quiet EXCEPTIONALLY clean older place. When in say clean, I mean I couldn’t find a cobweb anywhere, even in the window sills. The place is dated, and does seem to lean in places, but it’s perfect for a quiet getaway to the beach. Perfectly located right at the southern end of the beach. You can walk the whole thing and not have to worry about rowdiness at night, which made it great. Close enough to walk, but just far enough away from crowds. Perfectly priced too. There is a heated pool as well although we preferred the ocean ;). No elevator so keep that in mind, by the balcony overlooks the beach and we slept with the sound of the waves(heavenly). This place may not have this big amenities other places have, but you can’t beat how clean it is and where it is located. Definitely a place to return to.

Room was very nice, clean and updated.Beds were very uncomfortable. They slanted a lot toward the headboard. The shower was not great. Hardly any hot water. Had to have the hot water cranked all the way on to have a warm shower. Beautiful view but wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms were clean and tidy. View of ocean and sounds of waves crashing from balcony was great. No space in bathroom for toiletries. Only one chair in room. Two chairs on balcony were nice. Many electric sockets did not work. Staff was pleasant.

Loved it!!

I was hesitant initially to stay at this hotel but I am so glad we did! The room was flawlessly clean and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in! The view is breathtaking. The staff is friendly and the hotel was perfect even with kids. The rooms were spacious and had a microwave and a mini fridge (we asked for a microwave and got one right away!) The balcony is great and the AC worked great as well. Only thing that was missing was a light in the room! Not a big deal but sometimes I felt like we needed more light since there were only night lights in the room. Not a deal breaker for us so we still enjoyed our stay. The pool was cozy and my son enjoyed it a lot. We loved our experience here! Highly recommended. It was perfect for our mini long weekend getaway. York is also such a cute lively town!!

This boutique hotel is the perfect get away, it is right across the beach, my family and I watched sunrise on the balcony more than once, we also took advantage of the patio furniture and had breakfast on the balcony. The room was clean in good condition, beds are okay, good shower pressure, the only recommendation is the semi broken screen door.

We found the beds comfortable. AC worked great and very clean.The chairs on private deck were not! they look great, but add a few pillows and acceptable. The pool was a godsend since the ocean is sore ankles temperature. Overall, we would definitely comeback. It would not hurt to have a guide for the tv channels.

Location is very good. Right across street from the ocean. TV is difficult to operate and a tremendous lack of channels. Virtually nothing local. One Portland channel that wasnt even "live". New owners for past few years seem to be wanting to make it more trendy. Good chance wont go back and have stayed there 50 years.
