Great hotel with an excellent staff. Location was very important. Access to public transportation near the hotel, and walking distance to landmarks! Very good breakfast!

Fantastic stay

The hotel is in a fantastic location with only a 5min walk to the River and Stone Chain Bridge, I had a maximum of 30min walk to anything in the city. Despite being so central the hotel is still very quiet and safe. The hotel staff were fantastic and always happy to recommend and book restaurants for you. The room was lovely and very clean, I'll certainly be staying here again!

A good location one block off the main street so much quieter. If you are arriving with a time change, request a room facing the courtyard. There is no real lobby but rather the street side breakfast room becomes the lobby later in the day. Rooms had nice high ceilings. A bit of austere in the decorating.

Excellent value.

Excellent value for money. All areas of the hotel were spotless. It misses 5 stars only because the room itself was a little tired with a number of scratches and scrapes to the furnishings. Optional breakfast was good and had a wide choice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall this hotel added to our positive experiences in Budapest.

It was easy access to transportation. I was able to schedule a taxi at the hotel front desk to the airport that for me was very convenient because I had a 6:00 am flight departure. What I didn’t like about the hotel was that I ran out of soap in the bathroom, I asked numerous times at the front desk and it was never refilled

We really like the location. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was great; excellent variety. Every staff member was courteous and helpful . The only drawback was the poor Wi-Fi connection. We could receive e-mails but could not send them. The television kept losing the signal every few seconds then it would start up again. In spite of that, we would still return to Revay for all the previously mentioned reasons. Thank you also to Expedia.

Superbly Located

Lovely hotel in a great location and close to everything going on in Budapest in December. POSITIVES; Lovely clean hotel throughout. Very friendly and helpful reception staff who all spoke perfect English. Breakfast was plenty full but with limited warm options. Beds were comfortable and we had a good sized family room for 3 adults. NEGATIVES; TV in room only had 1 English channel which was BBC World, so it was only news. Also, very patchy connectivity, so it was unwatchable anyway. Room had a double sofa bed in it which was set up as a bed, but it blocked the passage to the toilet. Reception area had chairs to sit on but would have been better with some sofas. Hotel did not have a restaurant, so food wasn’t attainable at any other time other than breakfast.

Bra och god frukost men trångt att sitta i restaurangen. Trevlig personal och jättebra läge och nära till centrum. Rent och fint rum men hårda sängar och kuddar. Städningen var okej, men fick ej påfyllt toalettpapper eller tvål.
