I like this place it was close to a 7-11 and only 15mins away from the airport. The staff was more than kind as I didn’t know a lick of Thai and it was just really nice. A good place if you’re just looking to rest your head for the night and get the move in for the rest of the day.

All the reviews are true. First room had mascara or black mold on the top of the sheet. Pretty obvious. The showers include a free peep show so hang up a towel. The furniture is stained and fraying (night stand shelf looked more like a toothbrush with the frayed laminate. When I came back from a smoke, my keycard started shorting out. Staff came and helped me switch to another room. Both rooms had disgusting coffee mugs. You only stay here because it is cheap and you know it's going to suck. 500 baht deposit is standard. People act like they have never traveled to another country.

Considering the price and distance from the airport, this is an acceptable stay. The rooms are run down with damaged furnature repaired with scotch tape. The bed is very hard. My room included a 1/3rd roll of toilet paper. Other than that, it was clean, the AC works, there are drinks in the fridge and the staff is friendly. If you need a cheap place for a short stay near the airport, this should do. There's laundry and a 7-11 across the street, a coffee shop, a Big C, and ATMs.

It's a nice, very affordable hotel that has seen better days, but for a backpacker, it's perfect. My neighbor complained about cockroaches, but my room was spotless. The gym needs some investment, but it has a punching bag and pool table that nobody uses. In this area, there is nothing to visit within walking distance except the marketplace in front of the hotel and maybe a massage salon. The street looked like I was in a small provincial town. Yet I am not a "spoiled" traveler, and the unbeatable price of 18 CAD for the night covers all inconveniences. I needed to spend the last night in Bangcok before taking a flight in the morning, and this small hotel was perfect for this. Besides, the staff spoke good English.

To be bluntly honest, I did not feel the service provided by the staffs was up to par compare to other Thai places I’ve stayed at all. The checkin staff spoke with me with a harsh and unwelcoming tone. I asked a question, and she answered without passion of accommodating manner. In addition, the other staff whom I asked about parking rather expressed a troublesome manner which I did not feel value as a customer. However, the room was acceptable and clean as for its low price. The accessibility to 7-11 is good for 24 hour amenities. So, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, this is not a bad place. Just expect the staffs to provide a subpar service.
