The location of the property was very good, at the border of both the Old Town and the modern shopping area with quick access to the beach and many eating areas. The room was huge and we appreciated the two basin sink. The only thing we didn't expect was that there was no elevator and carrying 2 heavy pieces of luggage up/down 3 floors required some muscle. The air conditioning was excellent with the hot and humid weather outside. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we had packed lighter.

The property was well kept and in a central location where everything was walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the 4th floor and has no elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy luggage that’s not ideal.

This was absolutely a gem we found in the most perfect location! The room was probably the best I've stayed in and so great and roomy. The decor is modern and beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very clean too! Book this before someone gets the last room!

Very great location and the room was spotless, however the instructions to find the room was very confusing. When I attempted to contact them no one responded back…..even till today. I eventually found the room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, it was very convenient, quiet and clean.

Good break in Nice

My wife and I enjoyed a three day break in Nice. This place was very nicely located, next to the old town and barely a two minute walk to the beach. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and our room was quite large and spacious.
