This turned out to be a great place to stay in Negril! Tom & Sandra live on the well-kept private property (nestled between two larger resorts) and were handy to answer any questions we had about the area. We loved jumping off the cliff into the cove when the water wasn't too rough and cooking homemade meals with Jamaican produce to enjoy fireside on the patio at night. A couple things to note include that the property has been renovated since photos were taken so the villa is no longer available, but there are a few water-facing studios to go around. Hot water comes & goes, and laundry is not "self-service" but you can ask the attendants to wash/hang dry for a tip. Great food and roadside stands nearby, plus easy to catch a taxi to 7 Mile for less than $10 USD. Tony's car service across the street even let me hop on a ride to Sangster for around $40 USD. All in all a wonderful HQ and we all agreed we would book the space again upon return to Jamaica. : )
