Very clean room, large space, and very friendly and professional staff. Easy communication with staff, helped us with airport transfers and private van with driver. Allowed us to store luggages prior to check in as we arrived early. Perfect location near St. Peters, lots of restaurants, shops and bus stops, Metro Ottaviano is less than 10 minutes walk.

Wir haben zwei Luxury-Zimmer gebucht und fühlten uns beim Check-in sofort getäuscht. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein völlig heruntergekommenes Zimmer und ein weiteres, das nur halbwegs der Beschreibung entsprach. Die Zimmer lagen nicht einmal auf derselben Etage – trotz frühzeitiger Buchung. Im ersten Zimmer gab es keine Haken für Handtücher, das Toilettenpapier stand einfach auf dem Bidet, Möbel waren beschädigt und in der Dusche gab es keine Ablagefläche für Shampoo. Dieses Zimmer hatte absolut nichts mit einem „Luxury“-Standard zu tun. Zusätzlich mussten wir mehr bezahlen als bei der Buchung angegeben. Trotz mehrfacher Vorlage des gebuchten Preises wurde uns lediglich gesagt, es handle sich um einen Fehler des Buchungsportals – sehr unprofessionell. Auch das Frühstück, das uns per SMS bestätigt wurde, wurde vor Ort verweigert mit der Begründung, es sei nicht gebucht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis miserabel. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht und nicht ernst genommen. Bei diesem Preis erwarten wir, dass Angebot und Realität übereinstimmen. Wir fordern daher eine Rückerstattung von etwa 40 % der Reisekosten.

After 2 days when return to the room we didn’t have water service at all, contacted from desk they came to the room to verified information. We were told that we will have service in half hour, we decided to go for a quick bite upon arrival we had a note in the door saying that service will be restore next day. We try to contact owner again with no luck. After many calls to Expedia finally they approved us to move to another location. Per locals( uber and other host) service was disconnected for lack of payment on the water service by owner. We ended moving all our personal belongings past midnight.

The toilet flusher had to be manually turned off before and after use, otherwise the water would run all day. The room was tiny—nothing like the pictures when we booked—and the towels were definitely outdated. But the location made up for it! It was within walking distance of everything, and we absolutely loved exploring the area! :)

Stayed here for a couple days before leaving for our cruise. Check in was easy and attendant was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was just walking distance from St Peter Square, restaurants and public transportation. I'd stay here again if I return.

It took a bit to figure out how to enter the hotel as there are no visible signs and they actually have 2 locations a few meters from each other. When I called the provided phone number i got the necessary instructions but not in a very friendly manner. Once we got to the reception the person there was very helpful and got us setup. The rooms are quite nice, they basically repurposed some floors from old buildings into hotel rooms, so the rooms are mixed with, what i'm assuming is peoples appartments and some offices. The location is great! you can walk to many key areas which was important for us. Their breakfast offering is basic but a good way to start and keep it simple.

We enjoyed all the shopping and restaurants in the area. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was yummy! We did not like that despite many times letting staff know air conditioning was not working and being told it would be fixed, on day 3 at checkout, it had not been fixed even though we had been told it would be. Also, we had to manually turn the cold water valve on and off every time we needed water or the toilet would continuously run. We were told this at check in and that, “it was fine and to just do this.”
