Family run business
Kurt, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable couch to sit on, which is the reason I chose this hotel over the other low cost ones in the area

We needed to stay over night and it was just right.

Stayed 4 nights on a fishing trip with my son. Absolutely no complaints
john, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Didn’t realize I put a review intended for other motel. Emerald inn is the best price in town for the room. The staff and owner is really friendly and polite.

Need new mattresses

Run down furniture beds need new mattresses AC was mobile control with no directions. Pretty bad but no dirt, clean bedding I only paid 42 I’d stay there again to sleep

It’s in the middle of the busy part of town.
ERIK, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Older properties, but nice personal. AC is too loud, but works.
Timofey, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The owner was extremely nice. There were a couple of items that I brought to his attention that needed repair. The property is old and the room has some battered places, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Mary, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Bath tub had rust. Bathroom door knob fell off in middle of night. A Pepsi bottle was left in room from previous guest. Had to use pillows with shams on them where previous guests had laid their heads on. No other pillows with pillow cases.
Gary, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

This property is age-worn, and the carpet was old and wrinkly. The bathroom was adequate, but everything needs sprucing up. The TV was unwatchable, no channel guide, the internet was iffy, and there was no ice bucket, coffee maker or hair dryer. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked so that is a plus.
Kathy, 1-night trip

One of the men who ran yhe place was rude, no staff went in to check on our room for fresh towels to toiletries, the room was clean but it smelled like moldy food. I had to buy a bottle of fabreeze and the AC would not stay on. Unless i reset it, it would go off after 10 minutes and wouldnt go back on on its own for hours. Also no phone in the room too call front desk if we had any problems. Either then that my atay was quiet.
Kristina, 3-night trip

Disappointing - not clean and not as advertised on internet. There was no continental breakfast, one of the beds had hair in it and the bottom of the bathtub was filthy.
Carolyn, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The night staff was friendly and welcoming. We arrived late, it was hot. The desk man was kind and mentioned: ''Your room is ready, we turned the air conditioner on for you'' And indeed we walked in to a nice, cold room. The bed was ahhh so comfortable and fresh. Three types of pillows were ready to pick from, soft, med. firm. We were so comfortable we fell right to sleep. What was lacking in paint here and there was made up for with a nice, ,comfy bed and smiling, friendly faces at the desk all we could ask for in a well-priced room.
Toney, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Not a lot to brag about it’s just ok for a night stay. I’m by myself. The app shows a lounge, so I was hoping for a night cap. But it looks like it hasn’t be open for sometime. It’s less expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall it’s just okay. Oh and good thing I brought my own pillow, the bed only has throw pillows not sure if they change the pillow covers on those. The sheets were clean.

Don't want your business

Average older motel. Ammenities were not as advertised, pool empty at the hottest time of the year. The management were not friendly, did not provide Wifi password and next morning stated checkout was at 10 a.m. which they did not disclose previously & waited outside room while we packed up to go. There were no other guests checking out and they had no other rooms to clean yet wanted us to leave. They were rude and act as if they don't want you there. Avoid this place, they don't want your business.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

booked property as stop over and pool shown on expedia. pool main reason for booking to give family respite in 110 deg heat. on arriving told pool not working and that website said so. thats a lie as checking now expedia now dont list pool as amenity. Complained at reception as misled from point of making booking. was told to pay for booking. rooms and place very scruffy and tired, not worth money. due to pool problem and state of rooms decided to leave wasted 170 dollars. wont be using expedia again

But you’re friendly, but not worth it
cesar, 1-night trip

Good value for the price
Elivia, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean I'll stay here again.
Paul, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Property was ok, but it needs updating and improvements. Could have also used a coffee maker and microwave, which it didn’t have. This was an inexpensive room, so for the price, it was ok.
Peter, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Old rundown,but clean and comfortable.
Timothy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Muy bien
Jorge, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Not clean, had to leave.

I had to leave after 30 minutes and pay for another room at a different motel because the room was so incredibly dirty. Black mold in the fridge, dried urine on the toilet seat, carpet so dirty that after stepping on it barefoot I left a dark footprint on the white sheets. I have a pretty high tolerance for roadside motels but this was beyond tolerable. I have mold and dust allergies and started feeling bad after just a few minutes.
