No internet. TV did not work properly. No drinking glasses of any kind. No coffee. Bed was not bad - just a bit hard. Receptionist had music on so loud we could hardly hear. Charged us 170.00 because there was an event going on in Camrose. Worth about 50.00 a night. Office was not open at 7:00 a.m.

No wifi as it was broken, which wouldn’t be a huge deal, but the room tv’s aren’t via cable, so to watch tv I would have needed to hotspot off my phone. My room as well as many on the upper level used a cheap padlock to lock them when you leave the room. Looked like someone had forced the door open as the jamb was recently repaired. Room was clean. No onsite coffee or pop machine.

Property was next to police station. It was walking distance from 2 restaurants and gas station for snacks. Parking lot had lots of room. This is my go to motel in Camrose.

I was charged full price for room and there was no working TV no internet but on the booking page they had both on there as included with room shower curtain was white with some kind of black mold on it takes 10 min for hot water to run warm there was food left in cupboard from previous guests I want my money back but Expedia is very hard to get ahold of. Someone please contact me dishes were dirty not once did they clean my room or give me new towels never going to stay there again place is a absolute dump

No internet TV No cable TV. Tried to hook up mobile data to the TV dudnt work. No coffee pot or kettle. No drinking glasses. It was clean and quiet. We also were able to plugin over night. -24 that was appreciated. Thank you! We will stsy again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, room is very clean but very limited amenities in the room and quite out of date, tv is solely on wifi, yet the wifi does not work, but for the rate, you get what you pay for

Stayed here Monday night, mold on cracks in shower and noisy. No toilet paper on roll, placed on side instead. Not worth $85 Had already booked for Thursday night too and paid in full. Went to check in at 6pm, nobody there until 8:45 but left office open. I have pictures. They left my invoice and key card on desk , so odd. Door wouldn’t open. Was frozen shut. Number in the office door was wrong. Messaged them and they refuse to give a refund after I had yo go elsewhere and pay $115. I’m glad I did. Then I’ve heard they operate this way unless you’re the police bringing homeless people there for a good nights sleep. Awful way to conduct business.
