Leider konnten wir das Hotel vorab telefonisch trotz mehrerer Versuche über Tage hinweg nicht erreichen – das war schon vor Anreise etwas enttäuschend. Unser Zimmer lag unter dem Dach, und bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur war es ohne Klimaanlage kaum erträglich. Eine Klimatisierung wäre in so einem Fall wirklich wünschenswert. Ein Kühlschrank war zwar im Zimmer vorhanden, jedoch nicht eingesteckt – bei einer einzelnen Übernachtung also leider auch nicht nutzbar.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit Sauna und Sportstudio. Sehr freundliches und organisiertes Personal. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hin und der Verkehr war hörbar.

La chambre nous a surpris par da grandeur et sa propreté. Quel plaisir de trouver 2 gamelles et une petite friandise pour notre chienne dans la chambre. Le personnel est très agréable, compétent et à notre écoute. Le buffet du pt. déjeuner et excellent, tout le monde trouve son bonheur. Nous recommandons le Wincent Hotel et y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wir hatten zwei Tage in Sinsheim, und dieses Hotel lag für uns bestens, und wir haben uns ganz klar gesagt: beim nächsten Aufenthalt buchen wir Wincent wieder. Wir hatten ein wunderbar ruhiges Zimmer, und wir waren in 5min in Sinsheim 'vor Ort'.

Der Geschäftsführer hat einen sehr unkompetenten, unprofessionellen und unfreundlichen Eindruck hinterlassen. Er wirkt wie ein jugendlicher Macho und spielt sich auf. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit Babybett gebucht. Anscheinend kam diese Info nicht im Hotel an. Er hatte zuerst keine Lust, sich darum zu bemühen, am Abend nach dem Check In eines zu besorgen. Erst nachdem mein Mann mit ihm gesprochen hat, ging es plötzlich und das Babybett stand 5 min später da. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden über den Gang laufen und die Türen öffnen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Insgesamt Preis Leistung gut. An sich auch super mit dem guten Restaurant unten. Leider war es, obwohl wir gut 1 h vorher noch angerufen hatten, dass wir gerne noch Abendessen wollten, dann schon um 20.15 Uhr geschlossen. Ärgerlich, da wir ansonsten unterwegs eingekehrt wären… Eine Info auf unseren Anruf - man hatte ja unsere Kontaktdaten - gab es leider auch nicht, so dass wir dann noch mal los mussten. Schade! Hoffentlich hat das Restaurant beim nächsten Mal auch wie angegeben offen…

Close to Sinsheim museum. Staff lovely and helpful. Restaurant meal was nice and cooked well. Breakfast good choice of continental style foods and fresh fruit. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice village to walk through of an evening. Great Greek restaurant near by.
