This hotel is a scan

I never got a confirmation email and called them 3 day before or scheduled stay on Dec 13th to confirm it. When I got there I was told our reservation was cancelled on December 5th. They couldn’t tell me who cancelled it but offered me another room for more than my original price. We left and booked at a more reputable hotel chain. Never again will I stay at an OYO motel nor recommend them to anyone

Stay here often, owners are very pleasant and always take the time to stop and chat. I believe they are working on upgrading the rooms and overall look of the buildings. Its a work in progress.

This is a motel, not a hotel. Check in took 35 minutes because the front desk is not staffed, you ring a doorbell and someone comes and unlocks the front door for you, it took 25 minutes for the man to WAKE UP and answer the door. Then if you’re going to offer amenities like an alarm lock or mini fridge it’s common sense that the clock is plugged in and the time is set, and the fridge is plugged in and cold for your guests. ALL of our food went bad over night. Check out was also a bad experience. Went to go ring the doorbell and a woman looked around the corner, outside, and took my key card then walked away. There was no polite or friendly interaction with ANY staff member. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I booked, because it was just one night to drop off my son, and where I usually stay was booked. This is a Motel! Not a Hotel, and you can’t have any guess. The sheets were dirty, and it looks like it’s falling apart. The shower head is very dirty! Don’t book this!

This place gave me a very uneasy feeling. My husband and I was going to try to make the best of it, it was only one night. After checking in, we went to our room, we were looking around, found more and more things that were not okay at all. Terrible stains on every blanket/sheet, the smell alone was horrible, I’m not sure the room has ever really been cleaned, all around just not a good place. We do not like complaining and making people feel bad, so my husband very nicely went back in and explained to the worker/owner that we will not be staying, the worker agreed to check us out and give us a full refund because we were only there 5 minutes..never got a refund, they give a full run around..also was told by another person staying that we should stay away from the rooms that are weekly and monthly rentals, someone looking not well at all was trying to contact the police, no one would help her including staff..honestly I wonder if sex trafficking happens here..PLEASE DONT BRING KIDS HERE!! Not a good feeling!! Workers/owners do not care at all!

Hotels.com can "take" the res, but can't "keep" it

Hotels.com asked me to review my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately I can't do that because when we arrived, there was no room for us. Even though I'd received all of the confirmation emails and check in information, there was no room under our name or reservation number. And, there were no other rooms available for us. I'm giving everything an average rating because can't rate the hotel as either good or bad. .We used to really like Hotels.com, but since they're recent "onekey" merger with Expedia, they and they're customer service have gone way down hill. No phone number to call no way to reach anyone except an AI chat that couldn't help us while we were standing in a hotel parking lot with no where to stay.
