This is a lovely place to stay in this quaint town. The hotel is a bit of a maze and their underground parking is extremely tight. The breakfast was excellent and service professional and friendly. No problem with speaking English.

It wasn't air conditioned but there were fans which was okay the first of June but I wouldn't want to stay there later in the summer. Clean with good service but a bit old fashioned. Good breakfast and the bed was made every day and room cleaned. BUT the internet was absent in your part of the hotel. This was very annoying and despite complaints to the management nothing happened. They do not understand the importance of functioning wifi.

Staff was not friendly, TV remote didn't work, bar/cafe was never open, toilet/ plumbing was not very good. We had a clogged toilet for 4+ hours before they sent someone up to fix it. We stayed at the end of the hall and there was no lighting in the hall. It was very dark! The light bulb was burned out and never replaced. No coffee in the room. We had to pay for the coffee. The breakfast that was included was edible, but service was non existent! The only positive about this place was the location to the train station and the room and bathroom was clean. The public restroom in the lobby however was not.
