예약내용에 주소가 제시되지 않았고, 현지에 숙소 이름이 표시되지 않아 찾기 매우 어려웠음. 전화연락 필수. 겨울 난방이 잘 되지 않았고, 온수를 충분히 사용할수 없는 여건임. 전망은 없음. 침대는 불편하고 광고내용과 다름. 주방시설이 있지만, 사용하기 매우 불편함.

Paid for studio, got dark, damp, loud room

Upon arrival to my surprise, was placed in a room which I was sure I had not booked. The owner protested that yes, this was what I paid for and I, too exhausted from the trip to argue, moved in, still wondering. The night was a horror as precisely every 8 min a loud machine would turn on in the wall behind the head of the bed. I finally stumbled out of bed and started flicking all the switches I could find until finally, one in the bathroom seemed to do the trick. In the morning I awoke to dozens of frantic messages from the owner and his sister that I had turned off the water supply to the whole house. Duh. Exploring the complex, I found "my studio" - albeit occupied, and with my computer up and running, I could prove that that was, in fact, what I had booked. The owner seemed surprised, but offered to help move me that day as the occupants were leaving and promised to reimburse me for the first night which was the least he could do for the horrific nightly experience and the extra packing and unpacking which all cost me precious vacation time. Four months, over 50 emails and whatsapp messages between myself and him and his sister, both of them reiterating I would receive my refund, requesting my account number three (3!) times explaining it had been accidentally deleted, thus giving me an unheard of runaround and I still have no refund. I believe I will not receive one as as of approx 8 weeks, my messages are being read, but ignored....

Un grand appartement dans le centre d'Anacapri

Nous avons été agréablement surprises par la taille et la localisation de l'appartement. La remise des clés a été très facile, les conseils de promenades et activités a été très à propos.

Non é quello che vendono. Non bene.

Non é la casa delle foto. La signora che ci ha accompagnati, molto gentile, ha esordito, prima di portarci in casa, che quello sul sito é l'indirizzo della sede e che hanno parecchi appartamenti (escusatio non petita...),per questo la posizione sul sito non é veritiera. Casa spaziosa e molto bella e luminosa MA, é una casa lasciata andare. Fortissimo odore di muffa e umidità (insopportabile pur arieggiando) probabilmente casa restata chiusa per parecchio e sui muri si vede proprio l'umiditá che ha fatto cadere l intonaco. Sembra una casa lasciata da una famiglia da tempo...e restata lí chiusa .No tv 32 pollici lcd(una vecchia tubo catodico scollegata), i prodotti bagno erano prodotti normali lasciati lì aperti, usati e vecchi (non le classiche monodosi), patio esterno impraticabile in quano i divanetti in vimini a pezzi e sporchi. No wifi. Noi siamo restati solo una notte, per non perdere tempo e goderci Capri e Anacapri non abbiamo voluto perdere tempo in polemiche. Sconsiglio.

This is an awesome place to stay in Anacapri! It was clean, bright, comfortable and very spacious. The rooftop patio is amazing for a drink on a sunny day.

Loved our stay here. Beautiful apartment for three. Apartment was clean and close to shops and bus stop. You can take bus to Blue grotto and swim into the cave. Would stay here again.

Desorganizado

Dificuldade na localização, as informações disponibilizadas foram insuficientes para encontrarmos o estabelecimento. A pessoa que nos recepcionou parecia confusa , cobrou a estadia novamente em dinheiro ( estadia já paga no momento da reserva) , tivemos que provar que pagamos com as informações do site da hoteis.com, com a nossa internet, pois wi-fi tb não havia.A pessoa continuou desconfiada , chegou a dizer que fizemos 2 reservas, uma para 3 pessoas e outra para 2 (??). Isso nunca aconteceu. Queria nos dar um quarto para 2. Não havia ar condicionado (conforme anunciado na reserva), nem ao menos um ventilador... muito menos água quente no chuveiro. Descarga do banheiro tb não funcionava. Uma hora antes do checkout uma pessoa veio pressionar a nossa saída antecipada. O local pode melhorar, falta dedicação, carinho , empenho e profissionalismo. A localização é boa. Anacapri é linda!

Ottima struttura

Struttura molto confortevole situata in posizione centralissima ad anacapri a pochi passi dalla seggiovia per monte solaro posto fantastico, e a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus direzione capri e marina grande...comunicazione con proprietà ottima ci son state date informazioni dettagliate per raggiungere facilmente la struttura e in più cortesia e piena disponibilità nell'accoglienza in struttura...siamo rimasti soddisfatti e consigliamo a tutti di alloggiare qui!!!

Parece um Air bnb! Mas vale o preço!

Não é propriamente um hotel, é um quarto bem espaçoso, da até 4 pessoas, o único problema é que ficamos sem luz pq o dijuntor desarmava, sorte que dois Napolitanos que estavam ao lado ajudaram avisando q o disjuntor ficava atras de um quadro! Fora isso tudo bom!
