**Disappointing check-in experience** The hotel itself was fine, but the check-in process was disappointing. We arrived before the official 2:00 PM check-in time and were repeatedly told to wait and that someone would let us know when we could check in. Unfortunately, no one came back to us with any information. We later found out that we could have completed the check-in process through the hotel’s app, but this was never explained to us. After 2:00 PM, I had to return to the front desk myself, and the check-in took more than 15 minutes to complete. In the end, we lost 15–20 minutes before we could get to our room. The staff was polite, but better communication and a more efficient check-in process would have made the experience much better.

The property was generally okay, the room compact but functional. The shower was luke warm at best. Our main complaint was on checkout. As we had a late flight we asked if we could have a late checkout but an instant response without checking was no, the room is already allocated. We asked if we could sit by the pool after checkout and the instant response was "no way". After asking to speak to the manager, we where permitted to sit in the rooftop pool area (that was otherwise empty).
