Ignore the rather bazaar architecture the Inn is comfortable and reasonably well staffed. It is located just off of the highway on the western edge of Walla Walla. Its location offers easy access to the freeway leading to town but is not convenient if you prefer walking to cafes, tasting rooms and the city's attractive downtown area. The room rate during our three night stay was very reasonable. The free breakfast is about average but is only offered from 6-9 am. My only small irritant was the small snacks and drinks shop and its outrageous prices. My wife purchased a small bottle of Diet Pepsi and had it put on our hotel tab. We were shocked to see the cost on the tab...$10! Wow.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, and quiet after 10pm. Quick access to downtown (with car). The bed, towels, and sheets were comfortable. Water pressure was low. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel room was in nice condition, our shower/tub had some pink mold around the drain, beds were comfortable and parking was convenient. The pool looked fine but it was cold and rainy yesterday so when we went to the enjoy the hot tub and found it very green- we were disappointed and left. Upon check in the gentleman kept saying my two credit cards were declined and it must be my cards (that have a zero balance and were just used twenty minutes before to purchase wine with) on the third credit card attempt which was my friends it declined- he then realized it was his system and ran the card and it went through. I showed him the text confirmation from my credit card showing they authorized the full amount to my card as well as I I have alerts setup for my card use- he never apologized for how he approached the entire ordeal at check in and I did early check in via a text they sent but I still had to present my id and credit card

We didn’t have hot water for the first 2 mornings. Apparently if the hotel is full, there is not enough hot water for the hotel. So we had to adjust when we showered, to avoid cold showers. Wished they changed up the breakfast a little, we were there for a week and the selection got old. Other than that it is a very nice hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights, had a good selection for breakfast, and we had family come over to visit. They allowed us to barrow a couple chairs to our king suite to be able to seat everyone. Overall a good experience!

Great location just off highway yet within close proximity to restaurants and downtown area. Relatives new hotel with comfortable rooms, indoor pool and nice breakfast which is included in the price.

We enjoy staying here while in town. Clean and very modern hotel! Unfortunately there was a bus load of boys staying there as well, they were on the 2nd floor - we were on the 3rd. It sounded as if they were playing basketball way into the morning hours. While I didn't call the front office, it was very disruptive.

Was very happy with my stay, fair price for a very nice hotel, room and continental breakfast. Would happily recommend to friends and family. The front desk staff and wine bar staff were very helpful and friendly.
