The staff was very helpful and nice but the rooms were dirty! We checked into our room and the found the toilet full of feces, used soap in the shower and the bed sheets a mess. They staff was incredibly nice and gave us a new room that much better with the dirty gloves on the bedside table. There were piles of boxes and trash on each floor near the elevator. We won’t be returning.

I stayed there one night on a friday at the first week in april,for a soccer tournament my son had near by. The front desk was terrible, I got there around 9pm and there was a young African American women with long blades, that it was obvious she hated her job and it reflected on me as a guest. She did not greet me, when I said hello good evening, I have a reservation, all she said was " I need ID" I gave her my license and she like pull it hard off my hand, I didnt say anything, I just looked at her. Then she literally just thru it back at the counter, that the license fell and she didnt even apoligized. I was so mad, after that, I told her, I didnt like her attitude I took the room keys and headed to my roomapologized. Also someone else I think it might of been the night supervisor and she was just wallking around also not too happy to be there. My husband said hello good evening right as we were walking in front of her by the lobby as we walk in and she just kept walking didn't even say anything either as she was walking g out and then saw her smoking outside. Very bad evening staff service. I would not like to stay there again just because of that experience. The rooms were clean, breakfast was ok, beds were confortable good for a 1 or 2 night stay, if you are ok with bad service.

It was pretty clean. I think it is overpriced, but everything is and the reviews of cheaper hotels were not clean. Staff was kind. I wish hotels could have a little check option for disabled people to ask what they need, since it is different for everyone. I wish I was closer to the elevator, for example. Some ppl may wanna be opposite and as far away from people/elevator or need to be on the first floor due to dizziness, etc. I realize the way they build hotels is not conducive to that all the time, either. Inclusion needs to happen in the planning for the staff to be able to be flexible. But they were great, this is a constructive feedback on the hotel process itself. The hotel needs a larger parking lot, too. Breakfast was processed stuff, pretty standard continental. Shower was clean and hot. Room was warm. Not too quiet but quiet enough.

Airport shuttle was great, on time drivers were very pleasant and friendly. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The heater air conditioner outside our room in hall was extremely loud all the time. The bathroom was in need of some repair and the wall vent was extremely dirty.

Elevator button in main lobby was not working; the receptionist had to go up to upper floor to send elevator down. Our room smelled like marijuana. The heat in the room ticked loudly all night like it was breaking; we couldn’t sleep. The drain in sink in our room was broke. Very disappointing overall.

First off the lady at front desk never got off her chair to welcome us. The walls were thin and could her next door neighbors. They heating and air conditioning cycled every 15 seconds between off and on. Ended up turning off unit so we could sleep. Water never got hot for shower.
