Room booked at very short notice. Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, as they are every time I stay. We had the grab and go breakfast, which is a great idea, and suited us really well

The hotel was a little further out of Newcastle than what I thought but we walked into town for food and drinks in around 45 mins. The hotel is on the older side but was perfect for our needs (3 lads in a triple room on a motorcycle tour)

Great little hotel. But the staff and owner make it special , they are friendly and caring and go out of their way to help make your stay comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order and it is good. Room and bathroom were clean , bright and bed comfortable . I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is always good and cooked fresh. We try staying here as often as we can when we are in Newcastle. Jesmond is a 20 minute walk away from the centre of Newcastle. With bus and metro transport options also available. Can’t rate the hotel or area highly enough.
