Needs attention

At check in had to wait 10 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room smelled very musky. The inside pool was in need of upkeep. The breakfast options were decent.

Poor hotel don’t stay here

The floors are covered in dirt no vacuums. The halls and elevators are dirty on the floors the walls had lights missing with wires exposed all over the walls and the room was dirty and the bathroom had one of the 2 hand towels used with a small used bar of soap. The pool area was flooded with water on the floor and black pieces of dirt was everywhere in the water on the walking area very unsanitary.

Last visit ever

The hotel is being worked on in the hallways, which is fine, just not pleasant to look at. The elevator did not work. Thankfully we were about to park outside the 2nd floor door. It would definitely not be fun for the floors above us. We went to breakfast one day only. We got there 845-9, the place was full and tons of people coming in. There was only waffles and potatoes. The pineapple juice, eggs, and sausage were never refilled. A staff member walked in, looked around, and left, never returning. In our bathroom only one light worked in the center of the room. The mirror light did not work, nor did the hairdryer. There was, what appeared to be mold (it was black) all along the outside of the shower. The ceiling tiles over the shower were very dark brown, almost black, and stained. Overall we will not be returning. This hotel used to be very nice, 20ish years ago. Unfortunately, time and lack of maintenance has not been its friend.

Don't do it!

This place was filthy! We looked at 3 different rooms and finally stayed in the 3rd. The carpet was so filthy I didn't take off my shoes. The first 2 rooms had carpet that wasn't vacuumed. The ceiling in bathroom had holes and stains. The bathtub had burn marks on the edge. The 2nd room had a toilet leak on the floor. Supposedly non-smoking rooms but it smelled like a smoking room. The beds were terrible. They had dips in them and I woke with a backache. The hallway carpet was gross...Black from filth. The outdoor pool was only partially vacuumed. The continental breakfast was awful, something that resembled eggs, potatoes that I couldn't even eat, syrup on the floor where everything was sticky. I'd advise to look elsewhere!

Mixed impression

The beds were good, the breakfast exceeded my expectations and the neighbors were quiet. The floors were sticky in the room and especially in the hallways. The hallways had food covering the floors plus massive stains. Please change the carpets and pay housekeeping to vacuum multiple times a day in the common spaces. We didn't end up using the pools or staying the second night due to the potential health hazards.

Our Visit To Park Tower Inn

We enjoyed our room! Really enjoyed the balcony and jet tub! There was plenty of hot water!!!! Was quiet,no one was loud. Liked the indoor pool, but no tubes for lazy river and hot tub jets weren’t working but plenty of hot water coming out of them! lol Overall, my husband and I did like it and the location! I would say because they are renovating is why the indoor pool isn’t as pretty in person as the website shows,but it was still a warm pool and fun to be in! And when we checked in and when we checked out,the guy was so nice and friendly! And for us,the price wasn’t bad at all! And also,there was pretty views from this hotel!!! It was a nice way to spend our anniversary!!!

Don't recommend!!!!

Terrible! We had to switch rooms twice. The toilet above us would leak into our bathroom and when we showered the tub would fill up, disgusting! The jets in the hot tub didn't work and I don't think the pump and filter did either cuz the water was so dirty. The indoor pool had a broken light and possibly live wires in the pool. The front desk employee said they will deal with it the next day but didn't bother trying to close the pool. A guest had to make a sign to inform ppl not to swim. Now we know why the hotel was so cheap

We enjoyed it

It is under remodeling but overall it was nice. Staff was very friendly. Hot tub and lazy river was great. Pool was cold. Breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed it. Room was clean but needed updating. I’d definitely stay here again. Staff made sure we was taken care of.

Please finish your remodel

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. Its close to the island and many of the places we like to eat. For the last 2 years they have been remodeling but it appears it has gone no where. Their rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helpful. This stay they offered breakfast, which we have never been offered. It was descent. I really just wish they would really work on their remodel.

Dirty

Room was dirty. No bar of soap for the sink. Pillows too hard. Hot tub was cold. Breakfast was awful. N regular coffee in room, only decaf. Housekeeping did not come, we had to run them down in the hall to get clean towels and coffee. Halls are dirty. The lazy river was okay and the check in experience was okay
