The room was dated, but nice. They are very transparent they are doing remodeling. The indoor pool was cold but nice, the lazy river and hot tub were nice. We had a blast in the pool. The breakfast was nice. They didn't have juice but had milk, tea and coffee. They had lots of good options for breakfast. I felt like everyone could find something to eat for breakfast. Overall, we were impressed and would stay again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. It's a convenient location. It's a bit run down but you can tell they're trying to work on it. Only one elevator was working, but it even was out of order when we checked out and we had to make two trips to carry our luggage down 6 flights of steps. We're 73 years old. There was only one ice machine and it only worked sporadically.

The cost to me is way too high for the quality of the hotel. The elevator was broken so you had to walk with luggage many flights of stairs. The room could have used a better cleaning. The air condition worked great! The tub was dripping water the wall paper was pealing off. The mattress was worn out, you sank in the middle! The whole hotel was in poor condition. The breakfast was pretty good, offering many choices. It makes me sad to see this so run down as it’s always been a hotel of choice for us.

If you want a clean place with fresh linen and enough towels this isn’t your place to stay. There was blood stains on the sheets, shower was broken, not enough towels, bathtub dirty, smelled bad, elevator broken, staff seemed annoyed to actually help you with anything. Only saving grace was the pool area was decent for the kids. Hot tub is just a very hot tub with no bubbles. The whole hotel smelled like weed and mildew. I almost never rate a hotel this poorly but it was an experience I won’t soon forget.

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Rooms are outdated but they are working on it! The front staff attendant was super kind and helpful. We stayed at three places on this trip and this hotel had the kindest and most welcoming staff out of all. The indoor pool was nice. The main pool was not heated.
