Poor service desk and maintenance of rooms

The room was spacious and clean however, the bathroom faucet was placed off to the side of the sink and was a thin slow stream of water in which washing hands, brushing, etc. was very difficult . The tub nozzle was also very loose and not securely fastened to the wall. My daughter asked for extra bath towels for her room only to be told there were none available and that they needed to wash more. The hotel clerk wanted to give her bath matts instead. The food area was well maintained by one woman and she was constantly cleaning the area and filling breakfast items.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The amenities, including the pool, were top-notch. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!

Don't stay here

Don't stay here. Hotel is under renovation (which they don't tell you). There was no TV service in the room and staff showed ZERO concern nor desire to fix the problem. Housekeeping staff was banging on the door at 11:15 a.m. to get us out. And there were very few guests staying here. Just a suggestion: shut the hotel down, get the renovations done ASAP and then reopen. What you (owner/operator) are doing is turning off customers.

this property was under heavy renovation. the hallways were gross and there were fans all over the place trying to dry either wet floors or wet paint- either way it smelled awful. i brought a service animal with me and they charged me $50.00. i called and they said it was because of dog hair. i have a very short hair dog. something isnt adding up about how this location is managed. the hotel is torn half apart and i am charged full price. and an additional 50.00 for a service animal?!

We had a large room but there was No furniture at all. There was furniture in the picture of the room on the website. There was remodeling going on and I believe they got rid of the old furniture before they were ready to install the new. Overall good experience. Pool water was warm in the winter but the hot tub barley circulated any water.

this is our favorite hotel we've stayed at. when we got there, they greeted my dogs with treats and were so friendly. they have the best breakfast, an awesome convenient shop (they have everything you can think of) and it's not too expensive. the pool/whirlpool is clean and tons of fun. we will be staying here for all future toledo area trips.

We booked a king bed with sleeper sofa. We checked into our room and there was no sofa. No place to sit? Really? Very disappointed in the room. My expectations were not met at all. I feel compensation is in order.

Very friendly nice and clean hotel. Stahh was super helpful and responsive. If you are sensitive to scents you may want to avoid this hotel for a couple of months. They have just installed new carpeting and some off gassing is occurring. It was not an issue for me but might be for others.

The room was supposed to have a king bed and pull-out. We had two guests staying in the space anticipating that sleeping arrangement. When we got there, we had a bed and chair only in the room. It was being "renovated" but never was communicated with us. So, we had an uncomfortable night sleep with poor accomodations.
