O hotel é bom, o quarto é bem limpo, área de lazer excelente. Porém, tem apenas 2 elevadores pequenos para o hotel inteiro, e lota bem rapido. Estava no 10o andar e acabei tendo que subir e descer de escada várias vezes. Pra quem está com crianças ou muita bagagem, não recomendo. Se estiver sozinho ou em casal, é bom estar em forma, porque a subida é cruel.

Hotel tem uma otima estrutura, contudo falta alguns detalhes de capricho principalmente no café e jantar, poderia ser um pouco melhor pelo custo, achei bem simples tanto.o cafe como o jantar, a disposição e o tipo dos alimentos deixa a quem pela estrutura do hotel, quartos confortaveis, piscinas boas e boa area delas. Hotel bom para hospedar com custo de baixa temporada..em alta temporada,pelo custo, existe melhores na cidade.

Péssimo atendimento de manobristas a recepcao, com raras exceções. Elevadores pequenos e com superlotação funcionam muito mal. Pessoal da recreação, as meninas educadas, mas os 2 rapazes super mal educados, foram etaristas com neu esposo que é pcd. Foi bom no geral, mas tinha muita fila nos elevadores. Como nos não nos importamos em subir de escada tudo bem. Mas para quem tem alguma restrição fica complicado. Academia é boa e o café da manhã também.

Gostei bastante do apartamento. Mas o hotel em geral achei mal dimensionado. Os elevadores não chegam nem perto de atender a demanda, o restaurante é lotado e com poucos funcionários, então as mesas ficam eternamente grudentas. Fora que o uso exagerado de materiais descartáveis vai contra tudo que é preconizado atualmente. A comida é sem gosto e não vale o valor cobrado, mas dá pra relevar. A área de piscinas e jogos é bem pequena, fica meio muvucado, mas estava bem conservada.

Experiência muito ruim. Muita fila no café da manhã. Faltavam muitos itens, com um salame., pão francês menor e melhor, a aparência do pão não era convidativa. Jantar , na primeira noite não tinha opção de carne, pedi um bife e negaram porque a cozinha estava sobrecarregava, sendo que de noite o jantar era vazio e tranquilo. O parque hot Beach sem condições eram tantas boias na sexta feira no rio que não tivemos mais ânimo de voltar nem no sábado nem no domingo, porque no hotel no sábado eram muitas pessoas chegando , então ficaria mais lotado ainda. Final das contas ficamos em um hotel da rede pagando muito mais caro e tudo que poderia oferecer não usamos. Poderia ter ficado em um hotel mais barato e não teríamos passado perrengue

Esperava um pouco mais!

Cafe da manhã limitado a um horário no meu caso eu so podia tomar cafe das 07 as 08. Troca de toalha da piscina ate as 11:00 somente. Recreação fraca, havia poucas atividades com horários pre definidos para a familia, diferente dos demais resorts. Havia uma goteira em cima do vaso sanitário. Não há atendimento do bar na area da piscina, você tem que ir buscar no balcão e demora pra ser atendido! Em uma das piscinas havia um sugador muito forte, risco grande para cabelos das meninas.
