We chose this hotel not only for its excellent location—walkable, accessible to public transportation, and close to many landmarks and restaurants—but also because it included breakfast and offered a room with a kitchenette. While we didn’t end up using the kitchenette, it’s a convenient feature for longer stays.
The room was spacious enough to accommodate our whole family comfortably. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Special kudos to the lovely lady at the bar who prepared us a delicious latte—
My only concern was the high cost of valet parking per night. A more budget-friendly option is to park in a nearby parking garage just a few streets away—or better yet, skip bringing a car altogether. Chicago is a fantastic city with great public transit, and there’s really no need to rent or drive.
