Horrible! Stunk, beds were like roll out, dirty, entire place smelt like dope. This was the most disgusting place I ever stayed. Ceiling vent looked like it had a fire at some point. Plug-in in restroom also looked like fire. Refrigerator had tons of rust on it. Rooms were old and gross. I’m beyond saddened by the stay. Not one photo on website is close to what this place really looks like.

The room was dirty. I had to ask for washcloths and cleaner to clean the counter tops. There was 3 people in our room. We had 2 towels, and 2 wash cloths. The toilet ran continuously. There was only a sheet and a bed cover the same thickness of the sheet on the beds. There were only 2 pillows on each bed. Someone across the hall moaned all night. I will never stay in this hotel or its chain again!!! The Expedia price was $95 per night and the hotel rate per night is $45! All around horrible experiences

The staff was great! The room however not so much. When we first checked in, we were assigned to a smoking room. The staff immediately corrected that. But then the room we were assigned to next was horrible. There was remodeling going on, and there was debris on the floor. There was no shampoo or soap. All in all, it was not a good place to stay. We cancelled our reservation, but the hotel would not refund our payment. At this time, I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to stay at. I have reached out to the area manager asking for the full amount to be refunded. I will allow him 1 to 2 days to reply. After that, I will return to update my review.

From the time of check in till checking out it was one thing after another started off went to check in I did call and let them know I would be late she said that was fine to use the phone in the lobby area and someone would come right there get there and tried calling 3 times someone was coming out the main lobby area and just so happened to be a worker her hands was full she was struggling to open the door I went to hold the door open and she rudely starts saying no no step back I told her I was holding the door open for her to her to then ask me what I needed I told her I needed to check in first words have you paid yet I said yes online as well as spoken with someone on the phone earlier that day and told them I was gonna be a little late she then tried calling someone and they didn’t answer a male came in and she asked if someone had the phone that night and he said yes and she said tell her Someone is here to check in and told me to stay there not to go in someone came to the window but only lifted enough where I could hear her and slide my id under for them then slide my id and key cards under and said good night now here is where it goes crazy 1st room keys worked the air didn’t went back down tried calling again for 15 min to let her know that the air in the room did not work she then says ughh okay I guess I’ll move you rooms also still only lifting up to where I can hear her and not see her give me another room same thing in the end I spent 2 hours changing rooms

This hotel was nasty looking.. the covers were dingy, had all kinds of fur balls on it… a roach running a marathon in the bathroom. The refrigerator had rust marks all on it. The only thing was decent was that the ac was blowing really cold. They gave u 2 sheets to cover up with, there was no comforter… I will not recommend this location to anyone unless u just want to go there to get a quickie then roll out

The floors were terribly disgusting. The smell in the hallways was so strong of air freshener it gave me a headache and when I opened my room door, I could tell that was to mask the scent of the rooms. Be careful if you have kids, the windows open (any floor) but that did help with airing the room smell out. Employees were kind and helpful. The rooms just were very crack hesd vibes
