Great location and easy kitchen

We enjoyed our stay and the affordable kitchen. It was a short walk to the ocean and so close to Seaside Bagel. Everyone was kind and there was plenty of space to clean up after the beach and store our things. We loved it!

The check in gal was great! Very friendly and helpful with ideas of what to do. Room was clean, only thing is the outlets were not close to the night stands if you needed to plug in more then one thing.

Traveling with pets

Room was very clean & fresh. No artificial odour just clean. The host gave me a downstairs room with parking right in front I am a senior traveling with pets and she made it VERY convenient for me which I REALLY appreciated.

The location was perfect to explore Seaside beaches and downtown/aquarium. We were able to walk everywhere with kids. The hotel itself was good, the beds are comfortable and clean and it was a good place to stay for a night or two.

The hotel is conveniently located near the promenade and restaurants. There was no air conditioner, but it wasn’t needed. We kept the window open and it was very quiet, The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

This was a great option for the price. The room was clean and large and we had parking right outside our door. The beds were pretty soft-and I prefer a firm mattres but that was the only complaint for the room. Our river-side view wasn't exactly river-side (the river was only viewable across the street and around giant bushes) but we arrived later in the evening and left early so it wasn't really an issue.

A nice little place not to far from downtown seaside. The room was small but comfortable. Everything was clean and worked. My only complaint was the noise the people upstairs were tweaking or something and were up all night banging on the walls and floor. If we stay again we will ask for an upper floor room.

The room was adequate. The only glaring problem we had was the ridiculously loud plumbing. We had a second floor room in the corner of the building around the corner from the office and whenever someone in another room took a shower the noise from the pipes was so loud you couldn’t hold a conversation in the room. Other than that the room was fine

Hidden gem on a budget!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and the smart TV was awesome. Usually hotels have crappy channels but this place had a smart TV with every streaming service which was nice. Our room was overlooking the river which my kids loved. The only downside was that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. We would stay here again for sure.

Easy to find the check in staff was very nice and helpful and unit was easy to find. Great location. I reserved a king with kitchenette and river view. I was impressed with the size of the room and balcony. The river view wasnt impressive but it did have a peaceful feel to it. Bed was very comfortable and shower was very nice with probably the best water pressure I've experienced. Even the body wash was amazing. Definitely will stay here again of I'm in the area.
