Llegamos 3am a la propiedad y nadie nos abrio. Marcamos a todos los teléfonos y tampoco. Tuvimos que buscar en ese momento donde dormir… te preguntan la hora en la que llegas pero nuestro vuelo por turbulencia nos desvió a Nápoles y nos llevaron a Roma en autobús y por eso llegamos a las 3am… todo lo demás muy bien el lugar. La atención. La limpieza pero deben tener claro que si les pasa algo y no llegan entre 8am-8pm nadie les va abrir y van a tener que buscar otra habitación en ese momento.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. 1 min walk to Trevi fountain! Room was beautiful and clean . Staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out very easy and convenient. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome . Would stay there again .

Hotel was in the city center. It very close to everything. Within walking distance of the Colosseum. The Hotel staff was professional and made sure we had all the accommodations we needed.

Overall, it was okay. The building is charming and very safe with locks and keypads. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain. The street is very busy with pedestrians, though not many cars. It’s easy to get an Uber or taxi. The hotel was good for what we needed, which was a safe, clean place to stay, in a great location. The rooms each have only one set of keys, for three adults was inconvenient. There were several times at night when the key holder wasn’t the first one back to the room, which left someone locked out. Our room was nice and cleaned daily, but there are no dressers, only a small closet. We lived out of suitcases for a week. The shower had signs of aging and nothing would dry in the small bathroom, so all towels needed to be hung in the bedroom. Thankfully, housekeeping replaced towels more often than we’d been told they would be. The water pressure fluctuated - the building is 400 years old, so the shower plumbing isn’t perfect. Check-in was easy with the exception of being told that the city tax was expected to be paid upfront in cash, not credit card, including guests who did not arrive the first night. Not sure if all small hotels operate that way, but it would’ve been helpful to be prepared for it. “Just go to the ATM” is not always an option. Some things are out of the hotel’s and staff’s control, but not all amenities on website were offered or discussed. No room service. They argue with accurate reviews.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and safe. Different from what we are used to, but very quiet and close to shopping, food and Trevi Fountain. A little hard to find out how to get in the first time. Quaint and interesting experience.

I loved my stay at Trevi Rome Suite….to begin staff goes above and beyond on kindness and hospitality. The suite we got was huge the size of 2 room in regular hotels the cleaning was amazing housekeeping everyday we change of sheets and towels without having to request. The only downside I think was the A/C that could be cooler then 17degrees since we were there in August and was massive hot but nothing that bothered enough for a complain. The location is amazing couldn’t choose better a few steps from Fontana do trevi, cafes ,restaurants and walkable to every monument….. We had such a great time and definitely would return!

The Trevi Rome Suite was an amazing stay for our family. We stayed at some good places on our 20 day trip, but this one stood out as particularly good for several reasons: - The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly - The location could not be beat. You step out the property's front gate and there is a narrow bustling cobblestone street with shops and dining. If you look to the left down the alley you can see the Trevi Fountain! - Everything was clean, worked well, and the room was well-stocked with towels, toilet paper, and a mini bar. The only minor complaint we had was the foldout couch. Like most foldouts, it was not very comfortable. The regular bed was great though. I cannot imagine a better "home base" for travelers to Rome!
