We came for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make it super special with balloons and a handwritten card. We upgraded the room and it was very nice and accommodated the three of us, however, it was extremely hot during the day and while we were sleeping as the AC only goes down to 18 and no further. It was extremely uncomfortable and I did not sleep a wink. That’s my only critique. Other than that it’s a great hotel!

We got to London earlier than expected and were very grateful when they let us check in early. The staff was great, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect-- central to everything and close to Victoria Station. I would definitely stay there again.

I booked a King-size room with twin beds for an overnight stay and couldn’t have been happier. The service was absolutely excellent – I mentioned it was my birthday, and was greeted with balloons, gold bubbly, and luxury chocolates in the room. Such a thoughtful touch! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s also in a perfect location, just a stone’s throw from Buckingham Palace, making it ideal for sightseeing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and am already planning another visit. A truly memorable experience!

Lovely room, love kitchenette! Perfect location for this elderly couple…walked to Buckingham Palace, Hop on hop off bus stop all right around corner and loads of pubs & restaurants! Staff were spectacular, so very helpful!!!

This hotel was perfect for us. Location was right in the middle of a the top attractions. Palace was only one block away. Hop on hop off bus stop just around the corner. Kind of a hidden gem. No fancy bars, restaurants, or common areas, but we didn't need that anyway. Nice nightly wine reception hour. We would definitely stay there again.

O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, quartos espaçosos e limpeza muito boa. Apenas o atendimento deixou a desejar. Queríamos estender o checkout para as 15h (pagando excedente) mas eles nem nos deram essa opção. No mais, a localização é excelente. Pela localização, conforto e estrutura eu voltaria.

The hotel is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk from Buckingham palace. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch and the kitchen area was a nice extra. The room was large for London and very clean. Due to circumstances of our stay we opted for a late check out and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful to accommodate us.

The service was brilliant and the staff were lovely! However, the room was really dark even with the lights on, there was mold in the bathroom and the tap water (which was meant to be filtered) was VILE. I’m used to London water but this was something else! Spent a small fortune on buying their bottled watered.
