This is a gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely staff. They kindly allowed me to do an early check-in, and the room was very Parisian and very relaxing. I was offered a coffee and a warm croissant upon check-in as well. I had breakfast there the next morning, which was delicious and relaxing in the sunny dining room. I would love to stay at Enchante again!

What a beautiful, charming hotel in Los Altos! Step out of the ordinary and into a world of peace and quite, delicious quizine, and 24/7 professional staff that make you feel right at home. Relax in the one of a kind decorated French themed rooms that are tastefully done so much you feel like you never want to leave. Wine down your day with a fine dining experience indoors or outdoors on their beautiful patio. We have fallen in love with California, and with The Enchanted Boutique Hotel!

The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised.

Small, super charming, clean, well maintained and decorated hotel right at downtown Los Altos. Lots of dinning options near by, all walkable. Staff were great! Our bedroom was great, clean, comfortable, even smelled great. Definitely a boutique hotel!
