Personnel très gentil, ils m'ont offert une chambre plus grande. Le problème est que ce n'est pas très propre. Les draps c'est correct, quelques taches et certaines serviettes tachées aussi. Il y a beaucoup de poussière et de saletés sur les murs et les lampes sont dégueulasses. À l'étage, l'odeur était moins pire.

La chambre avait un air très négligé. Au premier regard de la chambre des tâches sur le sofa, les chaises et le lit. Une odeur désagréable envahi la pièce. Les murs ont des coulissent. L'abajour de la lampe de chevet était a côté de la lampe. Des fils de poussières sur la lampe et prêt de la prise de courant. Je n'ai pas été capable de rester dormir. J'ai perdu mon argent et j'ai dû continuer mon chemin sans dormir. Je suis extrèmement décu.

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Hotel Experience in 30+ Years This was hands down the dirtiest, smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in over the last 30 years. The moment we walked in, the smell alone was overwhelming. Filthy rooms, stained surfaces, and an overall feeling of neglect made it clear this place is not properly cleaned or maintained. We booked two nights but could not bring ourselves to stay the second night. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund us, forcing us to eat the cost and book another hotel—which, thankfully, was clean, comfortable, and everything this place was not. Before even leaving for the new hotel, my son found a bed bug on his hoodie that had been placed on the other bed. That was the final straw. Staying even one night was a huge mistake, but we felt forced to try just so we wouldn’t lose all our money. This hotel should absolutely not be listed on Expedia. It is unsanitary, unacceptable, and completely misleading compared to how it’s advertised. Save yourself the stress, health concerns, and wasted money—do not stay here.

Oui la chambre était négligée puisque nous acons trouvé un poils dans un des 2 lits mais sur le plan de l'entretien du mobilier et de la désuétude des lampes, du système de cablodistribution et de la salle de bain. Déja que la piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle, pour le montant que vous chargez pour une nuitée, vraiment, il y place à amélioration. C'est de l'abus financier que vous faites. Avoir vu la chambre avant de payer, nous serions reparti sans louer. De telles conditions sont inaceptables.

Room 119, the last one on the right. I reported to the management that the fridge doesn’t seem to be working. They said that it’s working but it’s quiet. It wasn’t working. The food were ruined and smelled horrible the second day. Also the heating thermostat doesn’t work. I put it at 20° and slept. Woke up from the extreme heat. Turned it off. Woke up again from the cold. PS it’s December and -10° outside. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Il n'y avait pas de serpillière à lentree de la chambre, du coup toutes l'eau et la saleté de l'extérieur etaient emportées à l'intérieur. En plus, les meubles de la chambres ne permettaient pas de se mouvoir convenablement.
