A number of light fixtures in our room were not working so the light was very dim. Some basics were not available in the room like there was no tissue box, no body lotion, no iron and ironing table. Also the shampoo and body wash bottle was empty, the hotel staff should’ve made sure to refill these after each guest. Their breakfast was okay.

A day before my departure, I was informed by the hotel reception that I needed to change my room. However, when I visited the reception that same morning before leaving the hotel to inquire about my lost package, I was not informed about any room change. While I was out of the city during the day, I received a call from the hotel stating there was a problem in the bathroom and that a renovation was necessary, making the room change mandatory. I informed them that I would return in the evening and that the room change could be done then. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, our room was not ready yet. We were immediately asked to pack our belongings, and in the end, we were given a lower-standard room. Ms. at the reception behaved very rudely and indifferently. There was neither an apology nor any explanation for this confusion and inconvenience. Such behavior is absolutely unworthy of an employee at a five-star hotel. We did not accept the lower-standard room. Meanwhile, while we were packing our things, the phone lines in our room were cut off! When we wanted to speak to the hotel manager, he responded sarcastically, saying, "Then stay in the old room." Although we had already packed our belongings, I was shocked by this careless attitude and disrespect. Neither an apology nor a proposed solution was offered. Our grievance was almost mocked. This is definitely not a five-star hotel.

Hastanede yatan bir hastamızı ziyaret edebilnemiz için lokasyın mukemmeldi..Sadece 200m.uzaktaydı.Rahatca yuruyerek gidio geldik. Etrafında bolca restaurant, cafe ,pub vardı. Özdilek AVM ye sadece 6 metre uzaklıktaydı.Kahvaltısında ürün cesitliliği cok iyi, lobisi iyi iken, sigaralı ve sigarasız kafeteryasında masalar surekli kirli ve tozluydu.Sanırım çevredeki bitmek bilmeyen insaatlar ve yol tadilatları temiz olmaya izin vermiyordu.Oda imkanları fena degildi.TV, kasa, mini buzdolabı ve klima yeterliydi.Banyo sorunsuzdu.Asansörler iyi calısıyordu.Yakınjnda kendilerşne ait yeterli buyuklukteki toprak zeminli otooark sadece 50 m uzaklıktaydıve 24 saat kamera ile gözetleniyordu.Odaların yeterince havalandırılamaması biraz sorun yaratsa da kafeterya ya da lobide gun boyu sunulan cok lezzetli caylar ce personelin nezaketi bu eksiği kompanse etmeye yetiyordu..
