The breakfast was great, just the right size. Ask for the Orange juice, it is orange, carrot and lemon. The room was central to everything. Short walk from bus. Owner’s directions made it a smooth check in. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Værten var meget hjælpsom, men beliggenheden gør at det er et mirakel at finde parkering. Der oplyses godt nok at der er p - plads, men ikke hvor det ligger. Vi havde tre overnatninger, og værelset blev ikke gjort rent/ redt senge eller skiftet håndklæder. Beliggenheden er meget fin, tæt ved domkirken og fiskemarked, med mange gode restauranter. Der er ingen altan , selv om det vises på billederne.

I chose the Liodoro because I wanted to stay in the city center to see what Catania had to offer. It was great walking around and taking in some of the sights. Plenty of restaurants and shopping were within a 15 minute or less walk. And only 3.9 miles from the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioner but it was somewhat resolved. Since the room was really large with very high ceilings, the room did not cool down as much as we would have liked. I would also recommend having an iron in the room and maybe a few bottles of water in the mini fridge. I had never stayed in an Airbnb or hotel where the checkout time was before 11:00 am so I thought 10:30 was a little early. The customer service was efficient and it was easy to reach someone with questions. They also allowed us to come early and use the lobby to store our luggage.

we had a fantastic easter weekend in Catania staying at Lidoro B&B. Breakfast was via a discounted ticket from the host at a lovely local Sicilian Cucina - 2 minutes walk - highly recommend this as very good value and great food / service. The accommodation could not be in a better location, turn right and left and a few hundred yards in front of you is the beautiful Duomo. We absorbed every bit of the Catholic celebrations of Easter - it was an amazing experience. We travelled to Taormina and Syracuse / Ortegia on the train (we found the Italian trains great value and reliable - anyone from the UK - just use the train line app - brilliant and you don't have to validate your ticket). The host was extremely responsive and helpful, his pizza recommendation was excellent ! This was our second trip to Sicily, The accommodation is in a great spot on the second floor of an historic apartment block - it has a lift and is quiet despite being very close to the busiest area in Catania. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return to Catania.

Well appointed property in excellent city location near restaurants, shopping, night life and mini marts. It’s in the heart of all the action yet its not noisy and 3 mi Ute walk to Piazza del Duomo. Great hospitality and very safe! Would highly recommend this property.
