I had booked and paid for a lakeview room and was given another room without the view, they messed it up. When I got there the staff wasn’t friendly at all rushed us to get to the restaurant before close even though we had a half hour. And no one was there. To top it off there was construction from 7am - 7pm and no mention on the website or when booking, so we couldn’t even get a refund or change it because it was so late. The food was good though, so There’s that
