One blackout blind was stuck in 3/4 position (luckily down, not up). The hot water in the shower alternates between scalding hot/lukewarm. The carpet in the extensive corridors was stained though this isn't that big a deal as it's outside the rooms. Parking situation is crazy -- the multi-level parking was full on a Saturday night as it is shared with the casino next door to the hotel. If you have a bigger vehicle, don't expect to make a three-point turn! My room's bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not ask for housekeeping as I was staying for only two days but, based on the reception desk and breakfast servers, the staff was efficient and helpful.

Good hotel, 12 minuets from central station by bus, 7 minutes by train... everything was great.

I book the hotel as a surprise for my husbands 30th and we both absolutely loved the hotel. Fantastic service everything was so clean and our room was amazing really hoping to come back next year

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I stayed for the weekend with my boyfriend and unfortunately took sick during my stay, the hotels customer service was exceptional. They could not do enough for me or my partner and despite being quite unwell I felt like I was being taken care of the whole time.

Great hotel for a short stay in Amsterdam. Close to the airport and close to trains to hard downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
