First, when you arrive there is no parking available. You drive into what seems to fit only 3 vehicles bumper to bumper. The valet needs a ticket to park your vehicle, but you have to check in to receive a ticket, so you have to make a mad dash to the 3rd floor where the front desk is. So there’s that.
Secondly, the receptionist was a bit rude. I mistakenly added my 18 yr old granddaughter’s name for the first room, which I kept trying to explain to her but she kept cutting me off, and the second room for my husband & I-the cardholder. I was able to check-in to one room, but the receptionist said my granddaughter had to check-in to the other. Because I had gotten off by myself to check us in quickly, I had to go back to the ground level for my granddaughter, we go back to the 3rd floor, only for her to say “oh I can’t check her in, she has to be 21”. When adding the number of rooms on the website, it does ask how many adults & children, which goes up to 17 yrs. So, there was that too.
Anyway…the rooms were clean. They smelled a little musty, not that bad to request a change. The bathroom door is a sliding glass door. So really you have no privacy when nature calls. I was not a fan of that.
The pool is small. The picture on the website is deceiving, looks a lot longer than what it is.
